Lara's shotgun does not appear on her back after she picks it up. Do I need to do something extra to make this happen? (Perhaps an OCB value?)

Hmm, thats odd

The shotgun appears for me.
Maybe its a video card issue, In the read me there is a section called known problems, and list various problems with diff. video cards.

Try checking that out.

There is a slight 'bug' causing Lara's shotgun not to show up completely under all circumstances. We tried to get it sorted before release but weren't able to.
